Shipping Policy
We currently ship across the United Kingdom. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Standard delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location and the product ordered. Items from different suppliers may arrive in separate parcels.
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs, courier delays, or high-demand periods.

Return & Exchange Policy
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item, in line with UK consumer rights for online purchases.
To be eligible: the item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Perishable items (treats, food) cannot be returned once opened.
To start a return, email hello@pawnaturelove.com with your order number and reason for return.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with a photo, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund - no return shipping required.
